Each product page includes a detailed size guide with head circumference measurements (in cm and inches). We recommend measuring your head just above the ears and across the forehead to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going with the larger one for comfort.

Wool Hats: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean. Lay flat to dry—never hang or wring out.
Straw Hats: Keep away from moisture and avoid crushing. Store in its original box when not in use.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return your hat within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

10. How do I start a return?

Email us at Eleganssy@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Once shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (customer pays shipping) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
