You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. We’re happy to accept returns as long as the hat meets the conditions listed below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your hat must:
Be in brand new, unused condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Note: Returns due to change of mind (e.g., size, color, style) are accepted, provided the above "new and unused" conditions are met.
Damages and Quality Issues
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team at Eleganssy@outlook.com, and include your order number and photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will gladly replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Customers will cover the return shipping costs

We will respond within 24 hours with a return address and detailed instructions.
Pack the eligible item(s) securely with all original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
